By using Bloomlead you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Bloomlead lets you search local businesses, score website-rebuild opportunities, unlock permitted contact information using credits, and generate outreach. Business data is sourced from licensed or open providers; availability and accuracy are not guaranteed.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to enter a contract in your country.

Credits and payments

• Paid plans and credit packs are sold and billed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who issue your invoice and collect any applicable taxes.
• Credits are consumed by actions such as unlocking a contact or generating outreach.
• Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between organisations.
• Prices are shown in USD. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.

Cancellation

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or your Lemon Squeezy receipt; access continues until the end of the paid period and does not renew. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use unlocked contact data for spam or any unlawful purpose.
• Resell or redistribute business data in violation of the source provider's terms.
• Attempt to access another organisation's data or disrupt the service.

You are responsible for complying with marketing and anti-spam laws (e.g. GDPR, CAN-SPAM, local telemarketing/messaging rules) when you contact businesses.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the previous three months.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service, and may suspend accounts that breach them. You can stop using the service at any time.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of registration. (Set your jurisdiction here before going live.)
