Bloomlead ("we", "us") helps web professionals find local businesses that need a better website. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Account data: your email, name and the workspace created when you sign up. Authentication is handled by Supabase.
• Usage data: leads you save and unlock, credit transactions, and audit events, stored against your organisation.
• Payment data: processed by our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store card details; we receive only the result of a transaction.
• Business data: information about local businesses is sourced from licensed or open providers (e.g. OpenStreetMap). We only store, reveal and export data we are permitted to.

How we use it

• To provide the service: search, scoring, unlocks, outreach and exports.
• To operate the credit system and process purchases.
• To secure the service and prevent abuse.

Sharing

We share data only with processors that run the service (hosting, database/auth, payments). We do not sell personal data.

Data subject rights

You can access, correct or delete your account data. To request deletion or a copy of your data, contact us at the email below. Multi-tenant isolation means other organisations can never access your records.

Retention

We keep account and ledger data for as long as your account is active, and as required for legal and accounting purposes.
