Refund Policy

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. The following describes when refunds are available.
Subscriptions
You can cancel a monthly plan at any time; it stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew. We do not provide partial-month refunds unless required by law.
Credit packs
One-off credit packs are refundable within 14 days provided the credits are unused. Once credits have been spent (e.g. on unlocks or outreach), that portion is non-refundable.
Faulty service
If a charge was made in error or the service was unavailable for an extended period, contact us and we will make it right.
How to request a refund
Email support@bloomlead.app with your account email and the order reference from your Lemon Squeezy receipt.
